Modern II

The Modern II is the older sister of a two-part project on two separate buildings across the street from one another. This project, designed by Melillo • Bauer • Carmen Landscape Architects, features pergolas with blue stretched fabric that cover outdoor kitchens & dining areas as well as poolside lounge areas that feature mounted lights and speakers!
