After the completion of phase I (shown above) the design was duplicated, with minor design changes, atop the newer built sister building, just a stones throw away. These two magnificent building stand in Fort Lee, New Jersey and serve as beacons amongst the neighboring Hudson River-side Developments and surrounding upcoming area. 

Today, we work with Melillo, Bauer and Carmen on a weekly basis, discussing currently running and upcoming projects amongst the northeastern US.
