Our

Projects

Gain inspiration by exploring past projects. There is no better proof of concept than seeing the real thing.

Vermella Sites

If you’ve ever visited a Vermella site, your eyes may have been drawn to one of the many outdoor leisure areas set aside for apartment residents and guests. Traditional elements perfectly contrast the sleek and modern design style of the surrounding buildings. It seems no expense is spared in designing these areas, keeping in mind the end users comfort and entertainment all along the way.

Whether it be the installation of giant descending projector screens, poolside cabanas, rooftop lounges or even refuge areas for pet friends, all accommodations are carefully considered. Including of course, diversified shade elements tailored for each individual space.

The Modern: I & II

Sister building’s outdoor entertainment areas, in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Private Residence

This home in Northern New Jersey features one of the most unique and diverse structures we have ever built.

Three interlocking bays features a different shade element.

Above the bar is an A-Frame with running slats and cross arms. The outdoor dining area features stretched fabric and the lounge portion of the patio features a more traditional pergola element by simply adding slats and rafters.

The Ave Apartments

The amenity packed structures at the Park Ave Apartments show off a lot of what our company and our pergolas are capable of.

Beams of alternating size comprise one interlocking structure that offers a lot of shade. Individual bays divided by spaced slat walls offer different forms of entertainment.

Mounted tv, lighting and speakers truly make the space enjoyable to residents of the apartment and the shade keeps them cool.

The Asbury Park Hotel

This horseshoe pergola shades the perimeter of this poolside sunbathing area in Asbury Park, NJ. Lounge seating is set beneath the pergola as refuge for those who have spent too long in the hot sun. Existing trees run through slats above and increase shade even more, and hanging lights help set the stage for the converted dance floor at night and during events.

33 Park Ave

The truly unique feature on this project are shower heads that cast water on both the foliage wall and for users who wish to rinse off after a dip on the pool. Hallow beams allow for piping for water to exist discretely within.

Lounge chairs exist under long spans of pergola that line the outer edges of the rooftop deck.
