From Rendering to Reality.

The process of completing a single structure, let alone an entire project and all of it’s components is long and meticulous. Various entities come together to intertwine ideas, needs and eventually products, to create one concise space. This includes architects, designers, builders, product manufactures and many others. Having a clear way to present these ideas between parties is a challenge. The same issue occurs when working with a homeowner as well.

Creating these renderings (shown below) is the best way we can clearly display our thoughts for an area. They are also a way to promote discussions and visualization for an area or project before time and money is spent on architecturally approved shop drawings. They provide a way to test and display color options, beam configuration, sun exposure and more.

When a customer likes a rendering, show drawings can be ordered. Shop drawings are created and stamped by a licensed architect and are sent back to our company before being shared with a customer. Architectural drawings are done at a cost and do take time to product, so make sure all non-structural design elements are done prior to attaining shop drawings to ensure no wrong materials are ordered and the desired end look is achieved.

Taking a project from concept to reality does not always operate so systematically, however finding a rendering or a desired look you’d like to emulate, is a huge step in getting your structure done faster and in the style you want.
